The charming decor with genuine antiques adds an authentic air of period charm to the hotel.
The catering arrangements were disappointing, as the restaurant was closed on one evening, forcing us to eat at a pub that lacked ambiance.

Luxury escape for families
The staff was AMAZING! ! They were so friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without even asking. I really appreciated the lovely complimentary teddy bear left on the bed, it really added a personal touch to our stay. The breakfast was a highlight too, with a classic spread that kept us fueled for our adventures!
It was on the pricier side, but still acceptable for the quality.

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds, making it a plant lover's paradise. The elegant public rooms add to the hotel's charm and sophistication, creating a perfect romantic atmosphere for couples. The balcony overlooking the exquisite setting provides an excellent spot for enjoying a glass of wine.
Unfortunately, the staff-to-guest ratio was quite low, which affected the overall service experience.
